We are seeking an Associate Training Specialist, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, assisting student housing properties with on-site training; providing new hire training to on-site staff; assist with facilitating training and development during learning conferences; assisting in the development and distribution of property operations resources and training materials; providing support to the Vice President of Training; other projects as assigned. Travel will be required.

Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Training/public speaking experience is preferred
- Management experience is preferred
