Tooker House

Tooker House is a mid-rise community that serves first year students in Arizona State University’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. The community is the sixth phase of the ASU-ACC partnership, delivered in the fall of 2017. The community provides a unique residential experience for ASU’s growing student population in the Fulton Schools of Engineering – the largest in the country. Tooker House provides students with resources for academic success that are specifically catered toward the needs of engineering students, including a Maker Lab with ample space for group study and class projects. Elements of the community also feature glazed walls and surfaces that reveal mechanical systems for the academic benefit of engineering students. The function of each piece of equipment is denoted with varying vibrant colors and graphic signage to encourage learning. Tooker House also incorporates a variety of sustainability features and is tracking LEED Gold certification.
