-Social Security Number
-Date of Birth
-Visa or MasterCard
All applicants are required to provide a co-signer (Guarantor) for their lease. Applicants will be asked for their Guarantor’s contact information during the online application process. Community policy does allow some exceptions to the Guarantor requirement if certain qualifications are met. If you believe you are eligible for an exception or do not have your Guarantor’s information available, simply enter your name and personal information on the Guarantor portion of the online application. A member of our staff will contact you after your application has been submitted to further discuss your lease.
