If you live in Momentum Village and have signed a Full Year term contract (12-months), you do not have to move out of the apartment in August. If you are at Miramar, you need to vacate your room as of May 15th, 2023. Students interested in living in on-campus housing for the summer are able to apply by visiting their housing portal.

What are the payment options to pay for the housing contract installments?
Housing contract installments will be reflected on students’ tuition and fee statements in their S.A.I.L. account. Housing contract totals will be broken up into semesterly charges which allow students and parents to see their total expense for the semester. Payments are due in accordance with the University’s deadline for payment of tuition and fees. Installment plans can be paid via the student’s S.A.I.L account and through the Business Office. Installment plans are broken up into 4 payments. Each installment plan must be made per semester. For Fall 2022, there is a one-time $20 fee to enter the installment plan. There is a $25 fee for every installment that is paid late.
Can I move-in during the middle of the semester?

Can I use Financial Aid or my Scholarship to pay my rental installment?
Housing fees will be due per semester and are reflected in students’ University Billing Statement listed on their S.A.I.L. account. Housing fees include the housing contract fee which is the full housing amount due per semester. For example, for a student living at Miramar in a 1-Bed/1-Bath Private residence hall space, their housing contract fee is $3,975 per semester. Other housing contract fees include early move-in fees, housing contract cancellation fees, etc.
Tuition and Fees, mandatory meal plan, and semester housing contract fees for Fall 2023 are due by August 15, 2023, and accessible via students’ S.A.I.L. account. Students will be able to start making payments mid-to-late July in S.A.I.L. for the Fall semester. If receiving financial aid funding, students will be able to utilize those funds for housing contract fees. However, all financial aid will first cover tuition, then university fees, followed by meal plans, and finally housing contract fees.
