We are seeking a Training Specialist, whose responsibilities would include, assisting our student housing properties with on-site training; providing new hire training to General Managers and other site staff; designing and delivering e-learning courses; facilitating training and development during learning conferences; assisting in the development and distribution of property operations resources and training materials; other projects as assigned. Travel will be required.
The core of American Campus culture involves everyone being fully invested in everything that we do down to picking up the smallest piece of trash. No matter their position or duration at any given property, everyone picks up trash.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4 years’ experience in the student/multi-family housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Training/public speaking experience is preferred
- Experience as a property manager is preferred
