Use Less Electricity
Turn off the lights when you leave a room
Unplug electronics and appliances when you are not utilizing them
Avoid charging your phone overnight – save your battery life and use less electricity
Do not leave your windows open when running the HVAC system
Utilize the solar roller shades and blinds as well as wear appropriate clothing when in the unit to reduce heating and cooling consumption
Set your heat to decrease during hours when the occupants of the apartment are not home

Save on Water Usage
Decrease water consumption by taking shorter showers
Avoid leaving the water running while brushing your teeth
Ensure the dishwasher is at capacity before running a dishwashing cycle

Reduce Waste
Use refillable containers to reduce trash amount
Use cloth towels instead of napkins or paper towels
Utilize recycle bins throughout the community

LightView will Provide and Conduct the Following
Solar roller shades in bedroom and common areas
LED and sensory lighting throughout the unit and common area hallways
Maintenance will conduct preventative maintenance on your HVAC system every 60 days
Maintenance will conduct monthly (every 30 days) light audits in common areas to replace burnt out LED lamps and drivers with new energy-efficient lighting
Recycling bins and containers will be provided throughout the community
