1. ELIGIBILITY:
A. NO PURCHASE, LEASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, LEASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Fast Break to Maui Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, and at least the age of majority in the state in which the individual resides. As described further in Section 3 below, all entrants are eligible for the Grand Prize and only individuals enrolled in one of the Universities identified in Section 3 at the time of entry are eligible for a Second Place prize. Employees of ACC Op Acquisitions LLC (“Sponsor”), Learfield (“Administrator”), each participating Department of Athletics (“University”), and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, cable affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible (collectively, including Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).
B. The Sweepstakes is governed by Texas law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”). Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
A. The Sweepstakes begins March 10th, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 12th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes:
To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must visit the website located at https://app.wyng.com/69710cb948b002adab8b32ff and/or https://app.wyng.com/6983a2d164e76bcc668a5a99 (the “Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online form, including entrant’s name, address, telephone number, email address, zip code, university entrant attends (if eligible for Second Prize). Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each qualified registration. To be eligible, each Sweepstakes entry must be received no later than May 12th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. LIMIT ONE (1) VALID ENTRY PER PERSON. Each entrant must have an email address that is unique to that person; more than one entrant per email address is not permitted.
B. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ANY ATTEMPT DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
3. HOW TO WIN AND ODDS OF WINNING:
A. On or around May 13th, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner (when verified by Sponsor and Administrator as set forth below, a “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Following that drawing on or around May 13th, 2026, twelve (12) Second Place winners (when verified by Sponsor and Administrator as set forth below, a “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, except the Grand Prize Winner is not eligible to be a Second Place winner.
Eligible Second Place winners must be an enrolled student of one of the following universities:
Each potential winner will be notified by email or telephone and potential winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release ("Declaration") and an IRS Form W-9, which must be received by Administrator within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is not available to travel to Maui for the specified dates for the Grand Prize, or if a potential winner will not be able to use the Second Place lease prize, the prize will be forfeited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and any reasonable requirements specified by Sponsor or Administer to allow for efficient administration of any prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, as solely determined by Sponsor, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
B. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the winning entry will be declared to have been made by the authorized email account holder at time of entry so long as that individual is otherwise eligible.
C. The decisions of Sponsor and Administrator in all matters regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding.
4. PRIZES:
One Grand Prize (provided solely by Administrator):
Twelve Second Place Prizes (provided solely by Sponsor):
Twelve Second Place Prize winners will be awarded a base rent lease for a full term (typically 11 to 11-1/2 months) for $0.00 (no base rent payment required), such term not to exceed one (1) year, for a one (1) bedroom accommodation at an American Campus Community selected by Sponsor that is near an eligible college or university (see list of twelve below) in an apartment unit. The apartment unit configuration will vary by location, as shown in the chart below, and may include up to five bedrooms and five bathrooms. If the potential winner signed a lease for the upcoming academic year before receiving notice of being a potential winner, the individual will not be required to sign a new lease for the prize unit but may elect instead to apply the base rent value to the previously executed lease (with the winner responsible for the difference, if any). If the previously signed lease is for a lesser amount than the prize unit, the winner will not be awarded cash for the difference but forfeits the difference in value.
Prize does not include upgrades, parking, pet or other special fees, amenities or options not expressly identified in these Official Rules, moving expenses, or choice of a particular unit or a particular community. Winner must sign a lease and accept all lease terms “as is,” and must comply with all of the terms of the lease. Sponsor, lessor or its affiliate may terminate the lease at any time if the winner violates the terms of the lease, as specified in the terms of the signed lease. Lease valid only for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. All expenses and incidentals other than the base lease as specified herein are not included. Estimated market or retail value of the Second Place prizes varies depending upon the community in which the unit is located, ranging from $7,428 to $19,188 for the entire lease term.
Lease term not extended or altered in the event of “shelter in place” or other circumstances or restrictions that may impact in-person activities or winner’s ability to reside in the leased unit.

5.PRIZE RULES / VALUE:
A. No assignment, transfer, sub-lease, deferral, cash or other substitution of any prize or element of a prize is permitted. Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, may make prize substitutions. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor
B. THE TOTAL ARV OF ALL OF THE PRIZES IS: One hundred forty-five thousand eight hundred eighty-eight dollars ($145,888 US). Winners will not be entitled to any cash or other compensation if actual costs are less than the estimated values provided in these Official Rules.
C. If in the judgment of Sponsor or Administrator air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any of the offered prize elements are delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions if the Winner is unable for any reason to use or accept the prize. Prizes may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor or Administrator.
D. Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions as being provided. Prizes will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of Sponsor’s or Administrator’s verification of Winner. All prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s discretion.
6. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, Winners grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, entries, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, to the extent permitted by law. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS AND/OR LIABILITIES FOR INJURY/DEATH, DAMAGE OR LOSS, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES, TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RELATING TO OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES (REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH INJURY OR LOSS, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED, INCLUDING WHILE PREPARING FOR TRAVEL OR A MOVE, TRAVELLING, MOVING, ATTENDING THE MAUI INVITATIONAL, OR RESIDING IN THE LEASED PREMISES, AND/OR PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION OR PRODUCTION ERRORS. EACH WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EACH PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE, AND IS NOT IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. DISPUTES:
A. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to entrants will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket expense and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or entrants’ and/or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
B. If there is any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules prevail.
8. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor, University, Administrator, and their affiliates, agents and marketers in accordance with: Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.americancampus.com/privacy-policy; and with Administrator’s privacy policy, located at https://www.sidearmsports.com/privacy-policy/.
9. - Roundtrip, coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major US airport near winner’s place of residence at the time of The Maui Invitational (airline and airport determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) to Kahului Airport (OGG). The Maui Invitational is currently scheduled to take place November 23-25, 2026. Travel to the tournament will be two (2) airline ticket purchased by the sweepstakes Administrator, or a travel voucher with a total airfare value of $3,000 USD.
- The Maui Invitational Package with a maximum total value not exceeding $8,000 USD that includes a 5 Night Hotel Stay (double occupancy) at a hotel specified by Administrator and for dates specified by Administrator. The hotel stay will include a partial ocean view room with two queen beds. Two (2) tickets to The Maui Invitational for the dates, times and seats as specified by the Administrator (the “Tickets”). The roundtrip airfare described in Section 1 is separate and in addition to this package value. The Sweepstakes Administrator will purchase the Tickets, notify winner of the date and time of the tournament via email, and deliver the Tickets to winner via electronic transfer to the email address provided with Winner’s entry (or as mutually agreed in writing by Administrator and Winner). Once the Sweepstakes Administrator has purchased the Tickets and initiated delivery to winner, the sweepstakes Administrator’s responsibility for providing the Tickets portion of the Prize is satisfied. The Sweepstakes Administrator is not responsible if the Tickets are lost in delivery, if the Tickets are stolen, if Winner loses or misplaces the Tickets or if the tournament is cancelled or if Winner is not able to attend the tournament for any reason.
- One (1) $1,000 USD Visa gift card. Gift card is subject to issuer terms and conditions and will be delivered via mail or other delivery service selected by Administrator. Once delivery is arranged, Administrator’s responsibility for this portion of the Prize is satisfied. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on dates specified by Administrator. Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, unless guest is the child or legal ward of Winner. Guest may be required to execute a liability and publicity release prior to ticket issuance.

5.PRIZE RULES / VALUE:
A. No assignment, transfer, sub-lease, deferral, cash or other substitution of any prize or element of a prize is permitted. Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, may make prize substitutions. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor
B. THE TOTAL ARV OF ALL OF THE PRIZES IS: One hundred forty-five thousand eight hundred eighty-eight dollars ($145,888 US). Winners will not be entitled to any cash or other compensation if actual costs are less than the estimated values provided in these Official Rules.
C. If in the judgment of Sponsor or Administrator air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any of the offered prize elements are delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions if the Winner is unable for any reason to use or accept the prize. Prizes may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor or Administrator.
D. Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions as being provided. Prizes will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of Sponsor’s or Administrator’s verification of Winner. All prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s discretion.
6. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, Winners grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, entries, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, to the extent permitted by law. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS AND/OR LIABILITIES FOR INJURY/DEATH, DAMAGE OR LOSS, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES, TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RELATING TO OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES (REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH INJURY OR LOSS, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED, INCLUDING WHILE PREPARING FOR TRAVEL OR A MOVE, TRAVELLING, MOVING, ATTENDING THE MAUI INVITATIONAL, OR RESIDING IN THE LEASED PREMISES, AND/OR PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION OR PRODUCTION ERRORS. EACH WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EACH PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE, AND IS NOT IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. DISPUTES:
A. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to entrants will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket expense and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or entrants’ and/or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
B. If there is any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules prevail.
8. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor, University, Administrator, and their affiliates, agents and marketers in accordance with: Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://www.americancampus.com/privacy-policy; and with Administrator’s privacy policy, located at https://www.sidearmsports.com/privacy-policy/.
9.
